1 - Animal Identification - Write the cow's name or registration number in the first box on the line.
2 - Date of Birth - Write in the cow's date of birth.
3 - Sire Identification - Write in the registration number or name of the cow's sire.
4 - Dam Identification - Write in the name or registration number of the cow's dam.
5 - Calving Details - Do not add anything here. The computer will generate this information.
6 - Mating information - Write in the name or registration number of the service sire for each cow that you add.
7 - Check the "AI" box if the cow was bred articially.
8 - Breeding Dates - Enter either the date the cow was bred AI or dates she was exposed to the bull.
Click on "File" and then "Print" to print this list.
